The Driving Test Report Form is broken up into 3 grades. 

GRADE 1 FAULTS - indicated in green, these do not affect the test result

GRADE 2 FAULTS - indicated in blue, are minor faults but the maximum number permitted is 8.

GRADE 3 FAULTS - indicated in pink, are potentially dangerous faults and the candidate will automatically fail their driving test
